National Hunting and Fishing Day

National Hunting and Fishing Day for this year September 28, 2020, a day we as American’s celebrate our hunting and fishing heritage. I urge all families to take time to set this day aside to enjoy the great outdoors, for as Americans we are truly blessed.
I am a North Carolina resident living in Carolina Beach, N.C. I know from a lifetime of hunting and fishing that, we should not take the outdoors for granted, but should do our part to pass on this wonderful heritage for our children to enjoy.

National Hunting and Fishing Day is really an important day, part of the American Heritage is based on hunting and fishing to provide food for our families. I know we are living in modern times now, where all you have to do is go to the grocery store and buy your meats.

Just think for a minute, for me just several weeks back, the grocery stores were out of most meats due to the Corona Virus. As Americans, we have become too dependent on not only our food sources, and most of the other goods are made overseas. For America to remain a strong independent nation we must not forget our past history of hunting and fishing. I am a Republican and a strong supporter of our President Donald J Trump, I know our President is working for all of America, he is trying to fix what so many others, have ignored in the past.

Our history as America can not be changed, there are many that are trying to erase our history, most of these younger adults that a have attended the Universities with such Liberal attitudes and have been given everything, they have lost the work ethic, that built the United States as we know it today. Sure America is not perfect, but it is still the best place in the world to live.

I am so thankful, not to be living in a big city,
