Cape Fear Guide Fishing Report

Red Drum continue to bite in the creeks just off the Cape Fear River.I had the pleasure of taking John M Pearson and his son fishng today. Red Drum were caught on carolina rigs with cut bait.
Just a beautiful fall day on the Cape Fear River.

I had the pleasure of taking David Jarrett’s family fishing for red drum saturday.The weather was just great,very light wind,just a little nip in the air first thing in the morning,then warmed up to a nice fall afternoon.Fishing was slower than Friday,but at the end of the day we  had landed two Red drum,flounder and a blue fish,just a great day on the water.
