I saw Spanish Mackerel jumping out of the water, so I anchored up in between Bald Head Island and Oak Island yesterday afternoon found the Spanish Mackerel biting gotcha plugs steady for about an hour. These fish make for exciting action on light spinning rods, giving the angler several good fast runs, before coming to the boat. Another fun afternoon of fishing with the Cape Fear Guide – Capt.
