Cape Fear Guide Fishing Report

Flounder arrives at Carolina Beach Inlet, for the last two weeks flounder are being caught on live menhaden fishing has been slow, to good patience is the key landing these fish.Black drum,red drum are also being caught the arrival of the menhaden is a good sign for these bait fish are a main food source for flounder. Bill Pargeter from Canada called a B&B Tackle a local bait shop here at Carolina Beach,NC asking about who was a good guide for this area Buddy Burton recommended the Cape Fear Guide – Capt.Mike Dennis.
