Cape Fear Guide Fishing Report

The last couple of days of Red Drum fishing was just as I predicted it would be hot ! I fished Monday & Tuesday of this week ,bringing home the legal slot limit of reds and releasing about 5 - 10 red drum a day,for my charters,several of the red drum were in the 30 ” to 33″ size  really hard fighting fish.
Speckle trout are also beginning to bite for the Cape Fear Guide - Capt.Mike Dennis -910-619-0928.

Red drum bite has been excellant,until the stationary front with thunderstorms and rain every day has killed the bite,folks we really needed the rain  in these hot conditons ! Bite will start again with a movement of the current weather pattern. So go ahead and book your inshore charter with Capt.Mike Dennis
